pocket watchIf you’re anything like me, and just about everyone else I know, you’ve come to the realization that there aren’t enough hours in the day. So what do you do? Complain about it? Well, that might make you feel better, but it definitely doesn’t solve the problem. Over the next few weeks, let’s take a look at various way of simplifying your life, working smarter, not harder, while making it more efficient and productive. We’re not reinventing the wheel here. Just providing tools and suggestions that usually work.

Let’s start with the basics. Rest, nutrition and fitness: Clearly, we function better when we get the right amount of each. Listen to your body, and respect it’s needs. If you’re not healthy, good luck keeping your business and personal life healthy. It all starts with you. So take care of yourself. Talk to your doctor, get on a fitness and diet regime. img_nutrition_landingJoin a gym or get back into the one you’ve been paying monthly, but never use. Find a workout partner. Inspire each other. Set goals for yourself. About ten months ago, I made that commitment and feel great. And not just physically, but mentally. Attaining or even surpassing your goals is a great feeling. exerciseBy getting a good night’s sleep, scheduling time to exercise, and eating right throughout the day, you’ll be able to stay focused and perform at your best.
