Mr. Finkelstein is the Executive Director of Karrass Ltd., the global leader in corporate trainings focusing on Leadership and Negotiation Skill. He remains the Founder and CEO of the unique consulting company, Behind the Scenes/Virtual COO, which provides operational structure and management “virtually” to companies that are just getting started, well-established, or ready to take their business to the next level. He produced and promoted the very successful multi-speaker event, Wealth Builders Summit, here in Los Angeles. It was an unprecedented lineup of speakers, including Mark Victor Hansen, Robert Allen, Brian Tracy, Joel Bauer, Stephen Pierce, James Malinchak, and a host of other greats. Through his consulting firm, Robert currently serves as the COO of an entertainment industry production company and a private institution within the banking industry. Former Managing Director of Christopher Howard Companies, a training institute focusing on self-development for professional and personal growth, well established in the United States, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, England, Ireland and Scotland, with additional launches scheduled throughout Europe, India and South America. Prior to this, he served as the Vice President of Sports Source Inc., from 2004 to 2007. At Sports Source, Mr. Finkelstein was responsible for sales and purchasing, manufacturing and distribution, marketing, logistics and operations, and a thriving e-commerce business. Previously, he was a General Manager for Target Corporation, where he managed over 700 employees and business revenue of over $100 million. He has served as Director of Operations for a 9-location apparel chain and a film Post-Production company, building the latter from 9 to over 250 employees, and making it the largest of its kind in the entertainment industry. As part of the management team of Guns N’ Roses for three years, he traveled to over 40 countries and helped generate one of the most successful tours of all time. He has more than 20 years of experience in business management, events, and the retail and entertainment industries.
